1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Bonza Clean Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 684 691 889) ("Bonza Clean", "we", "our", "us"). By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
2.1 Service Description
Bonza Clean provides professional cleaning and restoration services including but not limited to:
- Commercial property cleaning and maintenance
- Residential cleaning services
- Thermal sanitisation and pathogen control
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Asset restoration and maintenance
- Emergency response cleaning
2.2 Service Standards
We provide services in accordance with industry standards and use professional-grade equipment and techniques. Specific service outcomes may vary based on existing conditions and materials.
3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to decline service requests
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Additional charges may apply for services outside standard scope
4.2 Payment Terms
- Residential services: Payment due upon completion
- Commercial services: Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- We accept cash, credit card, and electronic bank transfer
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and service requirements
- Ensure safe access to all areas requiring service
- Remove or secure valuable items before service
- Inform us of any hazards or special conditions
- Be present or arrange access for scheduled services
- Make timely payment for services rendered
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Insurance Coverage
Bonza Clean maintains comprehensive public liability insurance of $20 million. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
- We are not liable for damage due to defective materials or construction
- We are not responsible for colour changes in materials over time
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses
6.3 Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Service Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship and will re-perform services that don't meet agreed standards within 7 days of notification, subject to inspection.
7.2 No Results Warranty
While we use best practices and professional equipment, we cannot guarantee specific results due to variables including material age, type, and pre-existing conditions.
8. Health and Safety
- We comply with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations
- Our staff are trained in safe work practices
- We use environmentally responsible cleaning methods where possible
- Safety Data Sheets for cleaning products are available upon request
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bonza Clean or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve all disputes through direct negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to mediation
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
